One Day Hackathon

1. Format • The theme is Artificial Intelligence. • Teams must build an innovative solution to a real-world problem using AI. • Teams must consist of 2–4 students. • Round 1 – Online: Teams submit their idea, problem statement, solution and AI implementation plan along with a short presentation or video within the deadline. • Shortlisted teams advance to Round 2 – AI Arena, held physically at K.R. Mangalam University. 2. Round 2 Requirements • Teams must present and demonstrate a working AI-based software and/or hardware prototype before the judges. • Software, hardware, AI tools, APIs, ML models, generative AI, IoT or robotics may be used, provided AI is central to the solution. • Teams must bring all hardware, components, software and datasets required for the demonstration. • The final-round project must substantially match the Round 1 submission. • Major changes require organiser approval. 3. Evaluation • Projects will be judged on innovation, originality and creativity. • Functionality, working prototype quality and real-world feasibility will be assessed. • Presentation quality and the ability to answer judges' questions will also be considered. 4. Important Dates & Submission Guidelines • Registration Deadline: 21 October 2026 • Online Round – - Slot 1(22 Oct): 09:00 AM – 03:00 PM - Slot 2(23 Oct): 06:00 PM – 10:00 PM • Reporting Time: Participants must report 15 minutes before their scheduled slot. • Offline Round – 27–28 October 2026 • Reporting Time: 09:30 AM sharp. • Project Submission Requirements • Participants must submit the following documents through the Post-Registration Form, which will be available after successful registration: - Project Video - Project Report • Project Presentation (PPT) • Important Note: All participants are requested to complete their registration and submit the required project documents before the specified deadline.
